• Member of the Florida Bar since 1988.

• Member of the Federal Bar since 1989.

• Member of the Federal Trial Bar since 1992.

• Member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States, and the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (covering Florida, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi).

• The current chairperson of the Criminal Law Practice Section of the Lee County Bar

• Founding Member and Former Vice President of the Fort Myers Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

• Only Lee County attorney on the Registry for Capital Death Penalty Cases, and the Commission on Capital Cases.

• Member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Lee County Bar Association, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

• In twenty (20) years as a criminal defense lawyer, David A. Brener has handled thousands of criminal cases.

• Ms. Redd has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997. She attended the University of Miami Law School, and has practiced in Miami/Dade, Broward, and Lee Counties. She has tried in excess of forty (40) felony jury trials, including homicides. Ms. Redd recently successfully defended two murder cases, and has a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor experience.
